The GrowthWheel® framework is designed to help us, help you through start-up milestones including troubleshooting issues, providing insight into the next steps and identifying tactics to overcome hurdles. MTEC SmartZone has three certified GrowthWheel® Business Advisors on staff with an array of background experience including business development, legal advising, entrepreneurship and more. They are here to help strategize, provide solution-based ideas, identify potential gaps in a business and share expertise. Working closely with MTEC client start-ups, the Business Advisors utilize the toolbox and advanced tools available only through certification to create a customized, structured path for companies to follow as they grow and achieve success in their field.
