Michigan Tech Enterprise Corporation (MTEC) is a Michigan non-profit 501(c)3 corporation. MTEC is the designated organization that manages
the Houghton/Hancock SmartZone. The organization is chartered to develop business incubators and perform marketing and property improvements
to attract high-tech businesses. Currently there are nine board members.

Glenn Anderson has been City Manager for Hancock, Michigan since 1996. Prior to working for Hancock, Glenn served the cities of Ontonagon,
for 13 years, and Baraga, for 2 years, as City Manager. He received his masters from Northern Michigan University. He is a Hancock Rotarian.
Glenn and his wife have three children.

Carlton K. Crothers is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Michigan Tech Enterprise Corporation. Carlton has more than 20 years
of leadership experience in identifying, developing, and bringing early stage technologies to market. An accomplished strategist,
marketer, and entrepreneur. His vision and expertise in working with entrepreneurs, researchers, and cutting-edge technologies has
led to his many new business development successes in various industries such as nanotechnology, software, telecom, and oil & gas
in both domestic and international markets in Canada, Europe, Japan, Russia and Taiwan.

Joseph Dancy is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Southern Methodist University School of Law in Dallas, Texas, teaching Oil & Gas Law,
Oil & Gas Environmental Law, and Environmental Law. He also is part of the oversight board of the Michigan Technological School of
Business Applied Portfolio Management Program as well as President of the LSGI Technology Venture Fund LP. His investment ideas
have been featured in Barron’s, Forbes, Bloomberg and the Wall Street Journal.

Scott MacInnes has been the Houghton City Manager for 13 years. Following his graduation from Michigan Technological University, Scott began
working for the city in 1974 as Recreation Director. In 1980 he became the Assistant City Manager and in 1997 was hired for his current position.
Scott has two children and is married to Betty MacInnes.

Tom Merz is the Professor of Economics and Associate Dean in the School of Business and Economics at Michigan Technological University.
He served as Mayor for the city of Houghton, Michigan for three consecutive four-year terms (1996-2006).

Philip Musser is currently Executive Director of the Keweenaw Economic Development Alliance, a private non-profit, 300-corporate member regional
economic development organization serving Houghton, Keweenaw and Baraga Counties. He serves on various local, state and national Boards including
the Keweenaw Economic Development Alliance, the Michigan Tech Enterprise Corporation (SmartZone), the Michigan District Export Council, and the
Keweenaw Land Trust.

David D. Reed is the Vice President for Research at Michigan Technological University, as well as a professor in the school of Forest Resources
and Environmental Science. He has been a principal investigator or co-investigator on over $9 million in externally funded projects involving
researchers from MTU as well as other institutions including the University of Michigan and Harvard University. Among his many accomplishments
Dr. Reed received the Scientific Achievement Award from the International Union of Forest Research Organizations in 2000.

David Weaver is CEO/President of Aimattech Consulting, LLC. He recently was an Executive in Residence at the Pittsburgh Life Science Greenhouse (PLSG)
where he was responsible for global recruiting, mentoring, analyzing business plans and strategies, as well as making funding recommendations.
He is Founder/Chairman of Great Lakes Angels, a Board Member for the MIT Enterprise Forum of the Great Lakes, Founding Member of Michigan Venture
Capital Association and Board Member of the Michigan Tech Enterprise Corporation SmartZone. He has helped raise private, venture, and public capital
of over $35M.

Alan West is President & C.E.O. of Carmell Therapeutics. Prior to Carmell Therapeutics he was the Executive in Residence at the Pittsburgh Life
Sciences Greenhouse (PLSG). At PLSG he worked with over 40 entrepreneurs and start-up companies in the Life Sciences, providing business planning
and strategic assistance. In 2003, he became the first C.E.O. of the Michigan Tech SmartZone. In his career, he has raised more than $50M through
private and public offerings and holds numerous patents.
